Balaklava High School - 'Excel Today To Challenge The Future'. Balaklava High School has a population of about 500 students, 40 teachers and 12 ancillary staff. Students come from a diversity of backgrounds, including: long established farming communities, small hobby farms, rural townships and families who have shifted from the northern suburbs of Adelaide seeking a rural lifestyle.
