Can I add free listings for my clients?

Allowed It is permitted to free list multiple websites by a single registered user or Webmaster as long as they do not multi-list or duplicate the same website in different categories.

Allowed Adding free listings for your clients is permissable. It is highly important to include the website email address in the listing and submit the listing in in the correct suburb.
